Terms of Service

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the XKnow SEO Knowledge Base (the "Product"), a digital knowledge product delivered as a downloadable file bundle, available at xknow.org (the "Website").

By purchasing or downloading the Product, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; and (c) agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not purchase or use the Product.

2. The Product

The Product is a digital, intangible knowledge product: a bundle of Markdown (.md) and Plain Text (.txt) files containing researched SEO knowledge, delivered as a downloadable ZIP file.

Upon confirmed payment, you receive access to download the Product. Because the Product is digital and delivered immediately, it cannot be "returned" in a physical sense; refund eligibility is described in Section 5.

3. License & Permitted Use

Upon payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business or personal purposes. This includes reading, searching, referencing, and adapting the frameworks and checklists for your own projects or clients.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product, in whole or in part, whether as-is or modified;
• Share your download link or the downloaded files publicly;
• Use the Product to create a competing knowledge product for resale;
• Represent the Product as your own original work.

4. Payment & Delivery

The Product is sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout, in USD. Payment is processed by our payment processor, Waffo Pancake, which handles tax collection and compliance. Your card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake and is not stored on our servers.

After confirmed payment, you can download the Product from the post-purchase page, and a download confirmation is sent to your purchase email. By providing your email at checkout, you consent to receiving purchase confirmation and product update notifications at that address.

5. Refund Policy

Because the Product is a digital download delivered immediately, all purchases are final. However, we offer the following protections:

• 7-day satisfaction guarantee: If the Product does not match its described contents, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
• Duplicate charge: A full refund for any billing error resulting in a duplicate charge.
• Statutory rights: Where applicable law (e.g., EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right) grants refund or withdrawal rights, those rights are preserved.

To request a refund, email hello@xknow.org with your purchase email and transaction details. We acknowledge within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

The Product and all its contents (text, structure, and compilation) are owned by XKnow and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you the license in Section 3 only; it does not transfer ownership of the Product.

The Product is based on researched SEO knowledge. Some content references third-party sources; those sources remain the property of their respective owners and are cited for informational purposes.

7. Updates

When the Product is updated, we notify buyers by email and provide access to the updated version. Updates are a courtesy included with your purchase and are not guaranteed for any specific duration or frequency. We may discontinue updates at any time.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

The Product contains general SEO information and education. It is not professional advice tailored to your specific situation. Search engine algorithms and best practices change; results are not guaranteed. You are solely responsible for how you apply the information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XKNOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

9. Termination

We may terminate your license to use the Product if you breach these Terms (for example, by reselling or redistributing it). Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Product. Sections 6, 8, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
